Lacquers ensure sustainable industrial furniture production
Given its many years of practical experience, Hesse accompanies its customers from the residential furniture, office furniture, bathroom furniture and kitchen furniture sectors on their path to the perfect surface on a piece of modern furniture.
Efficient processes, resource conservation and sustainability are important customer requirements that can be easily achieved by using our innovative lacquers in all areas of the furniture industry.
We also always keep an eye on design, usability and aesthetics. Our wide range of Hydro lacquers, Hydro-UV lacquers, UV lacquers and oils is therefore available to you.
Dull matt surfaces
The trend in furniture design
Trends in the furniture industry are always fickle. Current furniture designs that are particularly in demand are dull matt yet highly durable surfaces. The furniture should be equipped with an anti-fingerprint finish as well as be highly scratch- and chemical-resistant.
Our excimer technology combined with our modern Hydro-UV lacquers applied by spaying machines can meet this customer requirement. This process means that even edges, profiles and milled sections are no longer a problem.
Oxi-reactive oil
Oiled surfaces at industrial speed
Oxi-reactive oil
Oiled surfaces at industrial speed
Oils are frequently the choice of customers who want a sustainable surface. This goal is easily achievable using classic oxidatively drying oils . Although these have a disadvantage from the perspective of efficient industrial processing. The drying mechanism results in long process times.
We recommend to our Hesse customers that it is better instead to rely on the combination of roller application with UV hardening and a specially developed oil with high proportions of renewable raw materials. Our Oxi-reactive oil product enables the production of clear and coloured oil surfaces at record speed.
Smart Factory
Endless diversity
Smart Factory
Endless diversity
Individualization of facilities is in full swing. Society is becoming ever more vibrant. The standard programme in high quantities is a thing of the past. Individual consumer wishes now have to be perfectly met at the same cost as in the days of mass production. 100 colours, surfaces from dull matt to high gloss and part geometries in the smallest grid dimensions add up to a huge number of variants that runs into the millions. The automotive industry has shown the way.
All this is only possible with intelligent production control, supported by software. In some cases, even initiated by customers via the internet.
Coating processes pose a particular challenge in this environment. How can the many different surface finishes still be produced efficiently?
Software is unfortunately not yet capable of computing these processes. This is where experience and, above all, close support from the lacquer supplier are required. We have one of the densest networks of experienced sales representatives and will collaborate to find the right solution for you.
