For many years now it has been hard to overlook furniture and fitments in the metallic look and there is currently no sign of a decline in its popularity. Copper, brass, chrome and other metallic tones make for elegant eye catchers. The metallic trend is ubiquitous.
We have noted this major trend and have created a metallic colour chart with over a hundred colour tones in classic metallic hues, but also in striking tints. These colour tones are generally coated onto foil. This has the advantage that the front of the foil reveals the original gloss of the lacquer, whereas the rear features the sheen of a high gloss or coating behind glass.

achieved by mixing colour tones
Our lacquers are specifically formulated in a way that enables coating on a wide variety of substrates. The use of a different hardener means that this new quality can also be achieved by coating on various plastics and on glass.
Another highlight is our Metallic colour tone chart. It includes our selection of 112 metallic colour tones. The corresponding CREATIVE-METALLIC Colour lacquer DB 46555-(colour tone) offers an unlimited variety of effects, since all tones can be mixed with each other. Mixing is by hand or using the fully automatic “Paint Express” paste mixing machine.

For some years now, the company raumPROBE from Stuttgart has been behind the materialPREIS competition and also awards the prize. The purpose of the competition is to identify the endless range of products of outstanding quality and to reward them. The materialPREIS is awarded regularly for outstanding materials. Winners include manufacturers, young designers, renowned architects and design offices. This provides an appropriate stage for the best materials and best projects. Hesse entered the competition in the "Collection" category in 2018 with its pattern samples and CREATIVE METALLIC colour chart and won a prize. We still celebrate this achievement!
