Special notes HDG 5701 can also be used as an adhesion primer on aluminium for subsequent HYDRO finishes. The following applies to all areas of application: please prepare practical test finishes on original substrate material to check whether the properties of the overall finish meet your individual requirements!

Procedure example

Digital print on glass

Surface preparation: carefully clean and remove grease from the glass using the likes of Hesse Cleaning agent HS 6601.

Spray application: 1 x 100 - 130 g/m² Hesse HYDRO Adhesion primer HDG 5701, mixing ratio (by volume) 100 : 3 with Hesse HYDRO Crosslinker HDR 5002

Drying: 24 h / 20 °C or forced drying (UL, IR drying, cooling) at temperatures up to 80 °C.

Subsequently add the customer-specific digital print.

Then, if necessary, fix with 1 x 100 - 120 g/m² HYDRO-PU Glass lacquer HDU 57109, mixing ratio (by volume) 100 : 3 with Hesse HYDRO Crosslinker HDR 5002

Drying: circa 16 h / 20 °C or forced drying (UL, IR drying, cooling) at temperatures up to 80 °C.

Mounting or gluing: after at least 5 d drying/storage at 20 °C.
