PERFECT-NATURA HDE 54500

PERFECT-NATURA HDE 54500

The light fastness PERFECT-NATURA HDE 54500 can be used to create open-pored, dull matt, scratch resistant and mechanically durable natural wood effects. The 11% renewable raw material content makes this coating material particularly interesting for sustainable objects. Due to its balanced brightening properties, it can be used on both light and dark furniture woods. The natural character, the feel of the wood and the wood color remain almost unchanged. This makes it the ideal alternative to solvent-based natural wood effect varnishes.

In case of combined coatings (HYDRO- and solvent based lacquers) rinse application tools with Hesse HYDRO Reversing agent HV 6904.
Special notes Stir the material well!To minimize wood discoloration and ensure effective pore wetting, we recommend the use of PERFECT-NATURA-BASE HDG 5410 in compound with PERFECT-NATURA HDG 54500 (addition of max. 5% water) on wood species rich in tannins and with coarse pores, such as Oak. Complete pore wetting considerably reduces the risk of impurities in the wood pores and makes surface maintenance easier. The brightening effect is highly dependent on the type and quality of the wood. Therefore, please carry out a test coating on the original raw wood in advance and convince yourself of the result.Caution! Do not sand through the primer. Risk of staining. When used as a low-flammable coating for seagoing vessels in accordance with SOLAS 74 Reg. II-2/3, II-2/5, II-2/6 and X/3, latest version, IMO Resolution MSC.36(63)-(1994 HSC Code) 7, IMO Resolution MSC.97(73)-(2000 HSC Code) 7, IMO MSC/Circ. 1120, this product can only be combined with other approved and technically suitable products. The maximum wet application rate when using this product as a low-flammable coating for seagoing vessels is 160 g/m²."A risk assessment has been carried out in accordance with Directive 2014/90/EU, Annex II, Section 3. The cured and dried coating does not present a physical, health or environmental hazard."
