We’re continuously working on further development and improvement of our eco-friendly coating systems – including water-dilutable lacquers and natural oils .
We are moreover happy to advise our customers about efficient surface techniques and innovative technologies, such as UV roller application , BRC lacquers and excimer technology.
We pay particular attention to avoiding raw materials with a high hazard potential and are increasingly reliant on renewable raw materials.
We are also using internal process optimisations to conserve raw materials and energy, and to prevent waste . We conduct studies relating to sustainable products and application processes to accelerate our development towards sustainability. We’re successively creating innovative lacquer formulations that prevent emissions from lacquer layers. We are proud of the fact that our quality management according to ISO 9001 enables us to continuously improve.

We have also introduced a special circulation system to feed various types of packaging into a sustainable recycling process. We’re part of the “METAL recycles forever” initiative that promotes high-quality metal packaging to realise a resource-conserving circular economy.
We are very pleased to have won first prize in the FARBEUNDLACK Award’s “Most sustainable approach” category.
We clog our IBC containers with the ‘Green Layer’ type. In this IBC, 35% of the plastic used for the centre layer is made from recycled material. This measure reduces the CO² emissions of each container by 6.8 kg.
