We invest around 200,000 euros a year in training and developing our employees. Our long-standing leadership training in particular helps us to live our values competently, responsibly and inspirationally within the company. Positive development was also revealed in a recently completed employee survey.
Our apprenticeship quota has been over 8 % for years. We place great emphasis on training and offer our apprentices first-class training that enables them to make a successful start in their future career. Our company is associated with the chemical tariff, so we offer our employees an attractive salary, a company pension scheme, an annual bonus and holiday pay.
