1K PU coat DE 41-x(gloss level)
Single-component, aromatics-free PU sealer that reacts with ambient humidity to form an extremely resistant protective film that has a good body and is highly abrasion and wear-resistant. A multi-coat lacquer for priming and top coating with very good resistance to chemical and mechanical demands.

Processing information | Drying for > 16 h / 20 °C must be observed within the lacquering operations! Our aromatics-free Thinner DV 4981 is recommended for adjusting the viscosity when applying this product using a lacquering roller or brush. Our aromatics-free Thinner DV 4994 should be used to adjust the viscosity for spray application. |
Special notes | Do not use the product on light or non-wood stained woods! Use on bleached surfaces is not possible!Air humidity during treatment of at least 50 %. Minimum temperature 18 °C. At lower air humidity and temperature, loss of surface quality is possible. Ensure airtight closure of opened containers immediately after extraction because the contents react with humidity in the air and thicken. Turn the container on its head for a short time. Clean working equipment immediately! |
