HYDRO PLANET-STONE basecoat clear HE 65192
The HYDRO basecoat PLANET-STONE HE 65192 is applied as a basecoat to a substrate and covered with one of the PLANET-STONE stone powders. This creates a top coat with real stone that is also visually and mechanically similar to solid stone. The choice of PLANET-STONE stone powder, the color of the substrate as well as the degree of sanding and the choice of finish coats can achieve different effects, from rough to polished stone in various gloss levels from mat to high gloss.
PLANET-STONE offers many advantages over real stone, both in terms of processing and maintenance. The coating of materials of the most varied shapes with a thin layer of real stone enables an extremely wide range of applications.

| Processing information | Use two cup guns. Paint the surface to be treated with Hesse PLANET-STONE basecoat using one cup gun (with normal opening 1.5 - 2 mm).Fill the other cup gun (spray nozzle 2.2 - 4 mm) with the selected PLANET-STONE stone powder and spray the powder into the still damp basecoat. After a short drying time, cover the surface with another coat of PLANET-STONE basecoat.After complete hardening, cover the PLANET-STONE layer with one or more coats of COOL-TOP HE 6509x(gloss level) within 24 hours, sanding between coats to achieve a certain smoothness/roughness. Here you can choose between a very rough to a smooth polished surface. The Gloss level of the final coating is of course also decisive for the desired final effect.PLANET-STONE is a natural product and is subject to certain fluctuations in color tone. Sufficient material should therefore be ordered for an object. Color deviations cannot be ruled out for subsequent deliveries. |
