EASY- FILL DP 4788-9343
EASY-FILL is a very well-bodied PU Isolation primer. Its high thixotropy makes this product exceptionally suitable as a primer for application on vertical surfaces and three-dimensional components beneath Hesse colour lacquers. EASY-FILL can be impressively sanded by hand or by machine even after brief drying and therefore supports fast, process-oriented production times.

EASY-FILL can be used for shopfitting and all interior fittings, including those in kitchens and bathrooms. We recommend PU Isolation primer DP 4791-9343 for professional use beneath high gloss.

Special notes | Any addition of thinner in relation to the lacquer/hardener mixture is subject to various factors and has to be individually adapted to the component being coated as well as to the climatic and mechanical conditions. In the case of FANTASTIC-FILL, an addition of 0 - 30 % is possible.A mixing ratio (by weight) of 10 : 1 or a mixing ratio (by volume) of 100 : 15 equates to a mixing ratio (by volume) of 7 : 1 given the graduation on commercial mixing jugs. [This product must only be combined with other approved and technically suitable products when used as a flame retardant coating material for seagoing vessels according to the latest version of SOLAS 74 Reg. II-2/3, II-2/5, II-2/6 and X/3, as amended, IMO Resolution MSC.36(63)-(1994 HSC-Code) 7, IMO Resolution MSC.97(73)-(2000 HSC-Code) 7, IMO MSC/Circ. 1120.
