HYDRO Coating varnish HE 6535x(gloss level)-0045
One component, hydro-acrylate lacquer, water-dilutable, clear, PVC-resistant, resistant to creams and sweat, fast-drying and voluminous. Multicoat lacquer for basecoats and top coats to achieve open- to closed pore coatings with high resistance, especially against chemical demands, and superb accentuating of the wood. The product can even be used on bleached wood. Free from phthalate softeners, so also suitable for coating children's toys.
Its specifically configured rheology, great transparency and excellent hardener development make this product ideal as an alternative product for those involved in processing who are more familiar with using solvent-based systems.

| Processing information | Stir the material well.Overcoatability: with itself following proper sanding.Use water to clean work tools. Use Hesse HYDRO Cleaning agent HV 6917 to remove dried lacquer residues. Rinse out combined application devices (Hydro and solvent lacquers) using Hesse HYDRO Reversing agent HV 6904. |
| Special notes | The addition of up to 5 % HYDRO Optimizer HZ 70 improves pore wetting and pore appearance when coating coarse pored woods.We recommend COOL-TOP HE 6509x-(gloss level) to finish coloured, especially pastel-shaded basecoats. |
