Processing information | Working viscosity can be adjusted with water or HYDRO Optimizer HZ 70 (maximum 3 % by volume). For strip cleaning, we recommend the HYDRO Cleaner HY 6995 at a mixing ratio of 1 : 10 with water. Remove dried-on lacquer residues with special thinner ZD 82.HYDRO-PU Hardener HDR 5073 or HYDRO Hardener HDR 5081 can optionally be added subject to substrate. This involves 3 % of hardener (by weight) being stirred in. The mixture should subsequently be configured for working viscosity using 1 - 2 % HYDRO Optimizer HZ 70. The mixture’s pot life is at least 3 h / 20 °C. |
Special notes | Always seal opened containers light-tight and air-tight to prevent skin forming. Remove dried lacquer residue using a sieve. Products in containers should be sieved before application. |
