PERFECT-TOP HDE 5400x(gloss level)
PERFECT-TOP is a two-component HYDRO-PU acrylic topcoat system with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. The good accentuating and brilliance, coupled with the very good cream and hand perspiration resistance, make this system a high-quality surface protection in the complete field of interior fittings. Due to the special formulation, this lacquer is also suitable for creak-free coating of wooden stairs.
The coating material, already formulated with light protection, is certified according to IMO (low-flammable coating for seagoing vessels) and is therefore suitable for coating ship interiors. Methylpyrrolidone-free and free from phthalate plasticizers, therefore also suitable for coating children's toys. Also certified low-flammability according to German Industrial Standard EN 13501-1.

Special notes | In order to prevent bleeding of wood types with a high content of substances such as exotic woods or smoked Oak, we recommend the combined use of PERFECT-NATURA-Base HDG 5410 for open-pored coatings or PERFECT-Base HDG 5407 for closed-pore coatings together with PERFECT-TOP HDE 5400x(gloss level). Please note that a test coating is necessary if required! For finishing suitable colored surfaces, the PERFECT-TOP with up to 10 % PERFECT-COLOR HDB 5434x(gloss level) can be tinted. If required, the processing time and pot life of PERFECT-TOP can be extended to approx. 4 hours at 20° C by adding approx. 15% water or approx. 5% Optimizer HZ 70. The resulting lower flow time and change in rheology must be taken into account. When used as a low-flammable coating for seagoing vessels in accordance with SOLAS 74 Reg. II-2/3, II-2/5, II-2/6 and X/3, latest version, IMO Resolution MSC.36(63)-(1994 HSC Code) 7, IMO Resolution MSC.97(73)-(2000 HSC Code) 7, IMO MSC/Circ. 1120, this product can only be combined with other approved and technically suitable products. The maximum wet application rate when using this product as a low-flammable coating for seagoing vessels is 240 g/m²."A risk assessment has been carried out in accordance with Directive 2014/90/EU, Annex II, Section 3. The cured and dried coating does not present a physical, health or environmental hazard."After adding 10 % Hesse Additive HZ 75 to the last coat of lacquer, slip resistance class R10 according to German Industrial Standard 51130 is achieved. |
