UV Basecoat UP 7384-9343

Highly reactive, UV Adhesion primer for HDF/MDF substrates, can be recoated with HYDRO-UV or UV Lacquers. An outstanding bond to fibreboard and optimal opacity make this white basecoat the ideal basis for subsequent coats of lacquer. Our Adhesion primer can also be used as a basecoat for doors to be subsequently painted.

Processing information	When cleaning the work tools with the specified VOC-free cleaner, any remaining film can be removed with the solvent-based cleaner. Cleaners must not be mixed with paints.
Special notes	It can be recoated using Hesse UV Top coats after gelling or UV activation and fresh sanding.

Procedure example

The coating process and the exact processing parameters are adapted to the application and drying conditions and can be found in the customized surface techniques (TdOs). Regularly check and adhere to the application quantities specified therein.
