Individual & exclusive ship interior
Sustainable lacquers on elegant wood defy the odds at sea
Employees involved in the fitting out of ship interiors have the endgame clearly in sight: Relaxation at sea for the ship owner!
Many people give their best every day to achieve this objective. As a producer of IMO-certified coatings, we count ourselves among the experts in high-quality fitting out of ship interiors. It’s clear to us all: Fine wood interiors need the best protection to withstand all the mechanical and chemical demands at sea. Not only wind, sun, sand – none of the everyday substances of life on the ship may adversely affect the high-quality lacquered surface.
Hesse Lignal offers you perfect coating solutions, whether it be for luxury yachts, series yacht building or cruise ships. As a supplier in all these segments, we are very well aware of the industry’s special requirements.
Are you looking for sustainable, practical UV or HYDRO-UV lacquers, typical water-based lacquers, or do you coat classically using solvent -based PU lacquers? Our product range includes a wide variety of lacquers and stains with EC type-examination certification according to IMO Resolution MSC.61 (67) (with FTP code).
Even unusual ideas regarding colour tone, gloss or special effects are possible with suitable certification. The client's wishes are fulfilled, regardless of whether an extravagant lifestyle atmosphere is desired or the ship is to be equipped in a classic maritime style.
Please contact our trusted expert sales representatives. You will then receive personal advice and professional support to suit your individual projects.
Proficient component coordination
Inclusion of skills as early as the planning stage
The larger the ship, the larger the list of companies involved. This always makes component coordination a very special challenge. Even with the best production planning and monitoring, the time for final assembly is bound to be particularly stressful for you. The components have to be ready on time and all surfaces should ideally match perfectly in terms of colour, brilliance and feel.
Trust in our expertise. Continuous quality assurance is an important constituent for us in successfully fulfilling every aspect of the requirements. Involve us early in your planning. We have an extensive network and know many suppliers involved in the fitting out of ship and yacht interiors. We can provide you with active support in all issues relating to coated surfaces.
